Welcome!

I've had a passion for all things food since I was a kid. If I would have realized what a food stylist was back then, I would have had an eager and excited response to the question "what do you want to be when you grow up?" 

 

I've been working in food media for 7 years, primarily for Taste of Home, where I've done work as food stylist, photographer, writer, set stylist, recipe tester, and social media content producer. I can take a recipe from start to finish, all the way from writing/testing a recipe to shooting and making a video, and wrap it all up nice and neat into an article. A real jack of all (food content production) trades, if you will. I recently took the leap to freelance work, and am looking to broaden my client-base!

In my free time I love being a doting regular on the Milwaukee restaurant scene and tend to my growing collection of plants. In the coveted months of warmth we get here in the midwest, I live to be outside. Picnics, kayaking, swimming, and one of my favorite outdoor food based activities - grilling!
